At Poke Me Pretty, we're committed to providing every client with a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience. Please review the following policies before your appointment.

Appointments

To help you secure your preferred appointment date and time, we recommend booking several weeks in advance. Our online booking system reflects the most up-to-date availability.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Appointment requests are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Poke Me Pretty.

Consultations

Our consultations include a comprehensive skin analysis and personalized treatment recommendations from one of our experienced providers.

A $250 consultation deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit may be applied toward eligible services or retail products purchased within 90 days of your completed consultation. Any unused balance after 90 days will be forfeited.

During your consultation, we'll discuss your skin concerns, treatment options, expected results, and develop a customized treatment plan based on your individual goals.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your consultation may need to be rescheduled, and our cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to our providers and fellow clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Any applicable booking deposits may also be forfeited.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. In these cases, the $150 late cancellation fee will still apply.

To ensure the best experience for all clients and team members, individuals who repeatedly miss appointments or display disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may be declined future scheduling.

Returns & Refunds

At Poke Me Pretty, we strive to provide exceptional products and services. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Services

All aesthetic treatments and services are non-refundable once they have been performed.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded for any reason.

Retail Products

Unopened skincare products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged products.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Model Call Appointments

All prepayments for Model Call appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. These appointments cannot be rescheduled without forfeiting the reserved appointment and any prepaid fees.

Child Policy

To ensure the safety of children and the comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that parents and guardians make other childcare arrangements during their appointments whenever possible.

Because medical spa treatments involve specialized equipment and clinical environments, children who are unattended in treatment or waiting areas may present a safety risk.

Clients under the age of 18 receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and relaxing environment for every guest.

Pet Policy

For the health and safety of our clients, Poke Me Pretty maintains a no-pets policy.

Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are always welcome.

Emotional support animals that do not qualify as service animals under the ADA are not permitted inside the practice. If a non-service animal accompanies you to your appointment, you may be asked to remove the animal before services can be provided.

Photography & Filming Policy

To protect the privacy of our clients and team members, photography, video recording, or filming inside treatment rooms or elsewhere on Poke Me Pretty property is prohibited without prior approval.

If you would like to capture content during your visit, please obtain written approval from our team before recording.

Poke Me Pretty may occasionally photograph or record content for marketing purposes. No client photos or videos will be used without the client's prior consent.

Medical Disclosure

Medical aesthetic treatments are elective procedures, and individual results vary from person to person.

A consultation with one of our qualified providers is required before treatment to determine whether a procedure is appropriate for you and to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual goals and medical history.

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, Poke Me Pretty cannot guarantee specific treatment results. Outcomes may vary depending on individual factors, including age, skin condition, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information before treatment and for following all care instructions provided by our team.
